Assembly Operator Job Description

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our team in Tucson, AZ.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assemble Power Distribution Units (PDU) and other electrical components to company specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble PDU and other electrical components to engineering specifications
  • Assemble cables, harnesses, electronic, and electro-mechanical test equipment
  • Replace and remove electrical components on PDU as needed
  • Troubleshoot electrical and/or systems' issues to isolate failures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum 1 year assembly experience required
  • Familiar and comfortable with soldering, crimping, and assembling cables and connectors
  • Ability to reach engineering schematic and build a circuit that matches the schematic
  • Must be able to follow both oral and written instructions when performing job duties
