Job Description

The Bell Person plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests at Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, handling their luggage and baggage, and providing information on hotel services and facilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure
  2. Transport guests' luggage and baggage safely and efficiently
  3. Provide information on hotel amenities and services, including dining options, recreational activities, and local attractions
  4. Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a bell person or front desk role

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
