Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
- Construction Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any quality issues
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports
- Manage and resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the project
- 6+ years of experience in commercial construction, specializing in commercial construction and public sector projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
- Fluently read and interpret specifications and plans
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements
