Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Security Systems Technician to support our operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with addressing customer service inquiries related to the installation and maintenance of security systems, including burglar alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Configure and program new devices into existing alarm panels.
  • Educate clients on the effective use of their security systems.
Required Qualifications:
