About the Job

Synerfac Technical Staffing is currently seeking an Safety Specialist to join our client's team in South Hill, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular safety inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address any issues found during on-site walk-throughs
  • Lead safety training sessions to educate colleagues on OSHA requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high safety standards throughout the project duration

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of construction safety experience required
  • Experience working on new data center projects is preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • OSHA 500 certification is a plus
