Position Overview:
The role involves supporting various functions within the Quality Department. The intern will assist the Quality Administrator with related tasks aimed at validating and sustaining the Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the transfer of documentation into the system.
- Digitizing records for improved accessibility.
- Issuing Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) in the designated system.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Competence in using computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, along with familiarity with previous business systems.
- Willingness to learn and grasp the fundamentals of system configuration.
- Experience in document control, document creation, or electronic document management is advantageous.
Educational Background:
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree.
- Prior experience dealing with quality-related issues and documentation is beneficial.
