Quality Assurance Coordinator

Wabash Center is a leading provider of services for individuals with disabilities or special needs. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide programmatic support to ensure quality assurance monitoring
  • Oversee the Safety Committee and coordinate services within service sites
  • Ensure outstanding quality care for individuals served
  • Relay maintenance requests to appropriate parties
  • Direct the completion of required safety drills
  • Provide back-up coverage for breaks and vacations to the front office
  • Ensure employees are properly equipped to conduct their job duties
  • Ensure compliance with Wabash Center's policies and procedures
  • Coordinate the maintenance of Agency Vehicles
  • Coordinate Agency Safety Committee Activities required by CARF
  • Assist immediate supervisors with various administrative tasks
  • Utilize discretion and sound judgment to provide the best care possible

Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • At least 6 months of direct support service experience and/or working with intellectual disabilities preferred
  • Valid driver's license, transportation, proof of insurance, and acceptable driving record
