This position is for a highly skilled and experienced engineer to join a talented, multidisciplinary team supplying precision vacuum pressure measurement instruments to the semiconductor, medical, and industrial equipment markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and release new vacuum sensing products that deliver market advantages in performance, cost, and size.
- Lead or participate as a lead member of multi-disciplinary product teams, with full responsibility for the electronics development and release.
- Troubleshoot complex issues to root cause and support the product team in resolution.
- Develop and release products, identify product performance limitations and establish roadmaps to improvement.
- Deep technical background in low-noise electronics and precision sensors, as well as significant experience with embedded microprocessors.
- Extensive experience supporting multidisciplinary products.
- Ability to logically work through challenging troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
- Strong product-level technical skills and some cross-discipline experience, including electronics, firmware, mechanical, and sensors.
- Hands-on engineering skills, capable of test development, setup, and execution.
- Good understanding of manufacturing systems and documentation control, BOM structures, and ECO processes.

This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS.
