Key Responsibilities
  • Process new applications, quotes, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide exceptional customer service to agents, insured, and internal personnel
  • Review and evaluate renewal coverages and exposures, pricing, and premium audits within established authority levels
  • Assemble and ensure quality control of policies, quotes, and change requests
  • Order reports for underwriting review, including Motor Vehicle Reports, Loss Control, and Premium Audits
  • Communicate via telephone, fax, electronic, and written correspondence with managers, agency, team, departmental, and other Company personnel
Requirements
  • 1+ year previous office-related work experience preferred
  • Introductory education courses will be required if no prior Insurance experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing work environment
  • Excellent PC and Data Entry Skills
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to think "Outside the Box"
  • Prior Commercial Insurance experience a plus
Working Environment

The Employee will be assigned a specific workstation with the necessary space and equipment to perform the position duties.
