  • Design and develop electrical systems for high-performance commercial, industrial, and mission-critical/data center buildings
  • Lead project teams and mentor junior engineers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement electrical system designs
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve electrical system designs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with electrical building systems emphasis
  • 7+ years of experience in designing electrical systems for high-performance buildings
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to mentor and train junior engineers
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
