We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Account Lead at our Sugar Land, Texas facility. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Fulfill non-sales functions, including filling in RFQs, RFIs, and FGSs, managing and sending out samples for sales, die line coordination, coordinating quarterly price reviews from costing, and coordinating customer account setup.
- Lead experience is required.
- A 4-year degree or 2-year associate's degree is required.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word, are required.
- Familiarization with an ERP system is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
