Job Summary:

As a Bell Clerk at Marriott International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary duties will include receiving and recording messages, dispatching bell staff or valet staff as needed, and maintaining the security of vehicles and vehicle keys. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels, and reporting any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the manager/supervisor. Additionally, you will answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and record messages accurately and completely
* Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed
* Maintain the security of vehicles and vehicle keys
* Monitor and maintain the safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels
* Report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the manager/supervisor
* Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
* Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction

Requirements:

* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
* No related work experience
* No supervisory experience
* None
