Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure effective financial operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the activities of the plant in areas of accounting costs and budgets to optimize financial performance.
  • Prepare and present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and corporate personnel.
  • Ensure proper account distribution, inventory management, and fixed asset management.
  • Facilitate the monthly closing process and coordinate year-end physical inventory to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and justify capital expenditure requests to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proven experience with computerized accounting systems and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate and delegate authority to subordinate personnel.
