Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the Procurement Department's information systems, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Apply technology systems and tools to continuously improve business processes and increase productivity.
• Provide technical support for ERP and eProcurement systems, collaborating with technical and functional staff from various departments.
• Analyze, automate, and improve department processes, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise-wide systems.
• Perform testing for system fixes, builds, and upgrades to ensure proper functionality.
• Document system issues and work with IST and software vendors for resolution.
• Support department SharePoint and web content, as well as end users and provide help desk support.
• Develop and deliver Procurement systems training and job aids for users.
• Use business intelligence and reporting tools to analyze and interpret data, delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• Three years of experience supporting information systems, preferably with ERP and eProcurement systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, and expert-level proficiency in Microsoft and other commonly used business applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to present technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to evaluate existing systems and implement improvements to meet current and future needs.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
