Maintenance Supervisor

Are you skilled in leading a maintenance team? Do you have expertise in HVAC systems? If you possess a strong background in maintenance, we have an opportunity for you.

Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and possess the leadership qualities necessary to guide a team in fulfilling a comprehensive service schedule. You will be responsible for addressing all service requests, including HVAC and pool repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve common maintenance issues in apartment settings.
  • Oversee and coordinate significant maintenance projects within the community.
  • Manage the scheduling of apartment turnovers and ongoing maintenance tasks.
  • Preferred experience in plumbing and electrical systems.
  • HVAC and boiler expertise is highly valued.
  • Perform tasks such as changing light bulbs and locks.
  • Install and repair household appliances.
  • Conduct exterior and interior painting, caulking, and light drywall repairs.
  • Execute pressure washing, grounds maintenance, and leaf removal in common areas.

Qualifications
  • HVAC/EPA certification is mandatory.
  • CPO License (Certified Pool Operator) is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • A strong work ethic with a focus on reliability is required.
  • Ability to efficiently complete community service projects.
  • Experience in managing a maintenance team is preferred.
  • Enjoy collaborating with others and following directions when necessary.
  • Possess a basic set of hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches).
  • Familiarity with power tools is advantageous.
  • Capability to lift weights of 40-50 lbs.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and a customer service-oriented approach with colleagues and residents.
