- Manage Sales and Accounting Functions: Oversee sales, accounting, and clerical functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Lead and Manage the Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain Inventory and Control Losses: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate counts and minimizing losses.
- Ensure Facility Maintenance and Organization: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Manage Employee Payroll and Record Keeping: Process payroll, maintain accurate records of employee hours and scheduling.
- Submit Daily Sales Reports: Provide timely and accurate sales reports to corporate, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience
- General automotive knowledge
- Excellent customer service disposition
- Good communication skills
- Strong POS computer and Internet skills
- Leadership ability
- Team building skills
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
