Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, Hire, Train, and Develop Employees: Attract, select, and train top talent to join our team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Foster a culture of customer satisfaction, listening to and consulting with customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Manage Sales and Accounting Functions: Oversee sales, accounting, and clerical functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Lead and Manage the Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain Inventory and Control Losses: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate counts and minimizing losses.
  • Ensure Facility Maintenance and Organization: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Manage Employee Payroll and Record Keeping: Process payroll, maintain accurate records of employee hours and scheduling.
  • Submit Daily Sales Reports: Provide timely and accurate sales reports to corporate, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience
  • General automotive knowledge
  • Excellent customer service disposition
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong POS computer and Internet skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Team building skills
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license
