About the Role

The Technical Services Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Marmon Holdings, Inc.'s internal information systems. This position is responsible for managing all internal information systems, including hardware and software platforms, to ensure that all critical systems are functioning and accessible. The Technical Services Coordinator must maintain the security and integrity of all data, providing backup and recovery capabilities, and performing restricted access tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the installation, operation, and maintenance of all information systems, investigating and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Coordinate user account management to ensure controlled access to corporate systems, maintaining security compliance for local, remote, and third-party users.
  • Coordinate requests for changes or updates to system applications or infrastructure, maintaining a test environment for testing changes before introduction to the live system.
  • Report, extract, and merge business data from various sources to provide management with visibility into accurate business activities through reports, queries, spreadsheets, and other tools.
  • Provide guidance and support for information systems users, both internal and external, to ensure seamless access to systems and online services.
  • Maintain documentation of all information systems activities and changes for IT audit purposes.
  • Participate in special projects as directed by Management and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Advanced computer and networking skills, including knowledge of networking protocols and database management utilities.
  • Significant experience with a variety of hardware and software platforms, including all supported Windows platforms and Cisco Network.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair various personal computers, printers, peripherals, and other standard office equipment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Experience

  • Must have 5+ years of previous Information Systems management experience utilizing current technologies.
