Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Knowledge

    • Provide guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about our dishes.
  • Service Standards
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, including prompt refills, attentive check-ins, and timely resolution of any issues.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that guest needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous food service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Knowledge of basic cleanliness and sanitation practices.
  • Availability
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
