Residential Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Advisor to join our team at Adams and Associates, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in a residential setting, ensuring a positive and productive living environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and counseling to students to promote positive group living relations and achievement of their goals.
- Assist students in developing independent living skills and promoting a positive attitude and behavior in the dormitory setting.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure living environment, resolving potential or occurring problems as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports and administrative correspondence related to student activities and incidents.
- Direct and supervise students in the cleanup and maintenance of the dormitory, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Recommend and requisition supplies and resources to support dormitory living and student needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to student activities and incidents.
- Participate in career development services and promote positive peer leadership role modeling techniques within the dorm.
- Provide guidance and support to students in developing career success standards and promoting positive behaviors.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a related program or field required.
- A valid in-State Driver's License preferred.
