Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the hospital, including exam rooms, hallways, and common areas
  • Restock and organize medical supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available
  • Assist with sterilization of medical equipment and surgical instruments
  • Check in inventory efficiently and assist with maintaining necessary cleaning materials
  • Assist with animal handling and restraint, as well as support doctors and technicians with medical treatments and procedures
  • Assist receptionists with filing and basic charting

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a veterinary clinical setting, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to different roles as needed
  • Ability to adjust to changes in the environment and handle stress in a calm manner
  • Team player with patience and a positive attitude
  • Ability to lift and restrain pets of at least 40 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
