Key Responsibilities

As an Asphalt Roller Technician, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as rollers, excavators, and bulldozers, to roll over freshly paved asphalt and smooth out the top surface.

You will also be responsible for creating level surfaces, grading slopes to specifications, removing material, and filling voids using plans and/or a surveyor as guidance.

Additionally, you will participate in daily meetings, store and clean machinery, complete work reports, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers a salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
