Position Overview

TRINITY REHAB ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR ROLE:

Trinity Rehab is in search of a proactive and enthusiastic individual eager to embrace a fulfilling position within a team committed to enhancing patient well-being. The Administrative Coordinator collaborates closely with the Clinic Director to ensure a positive atmosphere for all patients, playing a pivotal role in shaping their experience. Acting as the initial point of contact for the clinic, the Administrative Coordinator introduces patients to Trinity Rehab, our dedicated staff, and the array of services we offer. This position is essential to our rehabilitation team, working alongside the Director to uphold efficient clinic operations and facilitate effective communication within the team. Additionally, the Coordinator aids the Clinic Director in maintaining compliance with clinic and patient protocols, including verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, and liaising with physician offices for necessary patient documentation.


Core Responsibilities: The Administrative Coordinator is tasked with a diverse range of duties, including:

  • Creating a welcoming environment for patients
  • Managing phone communications
  • Greeting, assisting, and scheduling patients
  • Processing patient payments
  • Conducting data entry and maintaining administrative records

Administrative Duties:

  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Ensuring adherence to patient prescriptions and care plans
  • Obtaining necessary insurance authorizations
  • Assisting the Billing Department with financial transactions and medical records
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for new patients and outstanding payments
