Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Redbud Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify treatment needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Implement evidence-based treatments, including exercises, stretching, and manual therapy, to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury.
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and their families on the recovery process and provide guidance on self-management techniques.
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Oklahoma.
- 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedics, with new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide exceptional patient care.
