Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at Kiewit Corporation. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will play a key role in the success of our projects, overseeing the electrical aspects of construction and ensuring that our work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Oversee the electrical aspects of construction, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, as well as adherence to safety protocols
• Coordinate with other craft superintendents and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence
• Assist in planning work schedules, determining labor levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements
• Ensure effective coordination of sub-contractor work undertaken under the electrical scope

• Two-year technical degree in construction or an electrical discipline, or equivalent combination of experience and technical training
• Skilled Electrician with at least 7+ years of experience managing electrical crews and running multi-million dollar construction projects
• Experience managing & coordinating sub-contracts on large underground projects
• Preferred experience programming or troubleshooting Siemens or Allen-Bradley software
• Preferred active Journeyman or Master Electricians License
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electric Code, Medium Voltage Systems, and Control Systems
• Advanced knowledge in NFPA 70E and ability to read and understand electrical construction and controls drawings
