Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Design and fabricate tooling and fixturing to support production operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including heat treat furnaces, automated assembly equipment, and laser cutters.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Production Work Instructions.
- Monitor and maintain material inventories, ensuring accurate tracking and control.
- Participate in quality audits and contribute to process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the production team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, tooling, or production.
- Experience with computer-controlled multi-axis machining centers and CNC mills, lathes, and surface grinders.
- Wire EDM experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
