About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic RN to join our team at Providence Clinical Network. As a Clinic RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, utilizing the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients are met.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating patient preferences and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • 18 months professional nursing experience.
