About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Getaway House Inc. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and repair of our tiny cabins, ensuring they are always clean, safe, and ready for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cabins and infrastructure to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all cabins are properly cleaned and staged for guests, including laundry and welcome items.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
  • Develop and implement ideas to surprise and delight our guests, making every interaction personal, meaningful, and memorable.
  • Analyze guest feedback and create plans to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting.
  • Knowledge of handyman trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.
