Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will engage in the sale, fitting, and adjustment of hearing aids, while also delivering outstanding customer support. You will be responsible for maintaining an extensive database of existing patients and ensuring their needs are met with precision.

Primary Duties:

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales and Fitting: Conducting sales of hearing aids, performing fittings, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Technical Checks: Carrying out visual and auditory assessments of hearing aids and related assistive devices, including all accessories.
  • Testing and Evaluation: Administering and interpreting tests for hearing impairment.
  • Custom Solutions: Taking ear impressions and designing, fabricating, and modifying earmold impressions to ensure optimal fit and comfort.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Tennessee license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication abilities.
  • Exceptional data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in hearing aid sales and service.
