Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cardinal Staffing Services, Inc. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, including policyholders, agents, and co-workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns by applying policies and procedures.
  • Document policy changes and record policy-related calls in policy notes.
  • Assist customers with payments and provide support with commission or policy-related inquiries.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate employees or departments when specialized assistance is needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and a track record of longevity in previous positions.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Capacity to work independently and complete assignments within given instructions.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, associate degree preferred.
