Compensation and Benefits

Our Store Managers enjoy an average annual income of $53,600 - $68,600, which includes a base salary and monthly performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to achieve high performance.
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies for growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Manage scheduling to optimize labor efficiency while meeting customer needs.
  • Ensure the store is operationally ready each day and address any staffing gaps.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized facility.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of management experience, preferably in retail.

  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting.
