Nurse Midwife Position Available in Southern Oregon

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center. As a midwife, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to pregnant women and their newborns.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience. Asante offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

About the Job:

  • To provide primary and specialty care to pregnant women and their newborns.
  • To work closely with obstetric physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care for patients.
  • To conduct well-woman exams, including pap smears and breast exams, and provide contraceptive services.
  • To develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • Certification as a Nurse Midwife (CNM) by the American Midwifery Certification Board.
  • A minimum of 1 year of independent, full-spectrum midwifery practice experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
