About the Position: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Decision Unit RN Fellow to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a guided transition into your new specialty with structured curriculum, preceptors, and hands-on learning.
- Work collaboratively with experienced healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Evaluate patients' medical conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and make recommendations for treatment and management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $39.74 - $62.36 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
