Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient settings and be comfortable working with a variety of patient populations, including general orthopedic and post-operative patients.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and progress treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia
• Experience in outpatient settings, preferably with general orthopedic and post-operative patients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain productivity expectations, including 60 visits per week and 12-14 patients per day
