About Us:
We are a leading General Contracting firm in the Bay Area, focusing on the construction of life science facilities, including both ground-up projects and tenant improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction within the contract terms, estimates, and quality standards.
  • Establish the job site with necessary office amenities (restrooms, meeting areas, temporary power, plan tables, etc.).
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities and personnel from initiation to completion.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, clients, architects, engineers, and municipal agencies to ensure quality control and compliance while fostering positive relationships.
  • Develop and maintain the overall project schedule, implementing recovery strategies as needed, and updating it bi-weekly.
  • Facilitate the timely completion of all punch list items and efficient demobilization from the job site.
  • Promote a culture of safety, health, and cleanliness on the job site.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial superintendent in the Bay Area, with a proven track record of successful project completions and high client satisfaction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PlanGrid, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
  • Possession of a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to read blueprints, manage subcontractors, and proficiently create, update, and adhere to project schedules.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe job site in accordance with company safety policies and Cal-OSHA regulations.
  • Exhibit professionalism, integrity, strong work ethics, and leadership qualities.
