We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction project coordinator to join our team at Bruce & Merrilees. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field and 2-3 years of experience in construction management or engineering. They will also possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-aided design software.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Analyze and resolve conflicts and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets
  • Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documentation as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction management or engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-aided design software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
