As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing a team of client-paid staff and overseeing laundry operations to ensure exceptional patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and assist with monitoring daily work schedules and/or work assignments to ensure proper staffing needs are maintained.
- Conduct regular checks on sanitation supplies and report any discrepancies to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Manage, train, and coach staff to motivate them to work as a cohesive team and achieve exceptional results.
- Handle facility vendor interactions and issues with professionalism and resolve any conflicts in a timely manner.
- Prioritize tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform other related duties as required by management.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of basic management experience.
- 2 years of production experience.
