Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret laws, regulations, and policies, and provide guidance to staff
• Collaborate with caseworkers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate resolution of cases
• Provide legal training to agency staff and the legal community
• Coordinate specialized legal efforts with experts
• Prepare or supervise the preparation of legal opinions, briefs, and reports

Requirements:
• Strong background in family law and civil litigation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and policies
