Job Specifics:
- Employment Type: Full-time, Night shifts (Shift differential available)
- Relocation assistance may be available for qualified external candidates
Essential Qualifications:
We value individuals over resumes, yet we uphold high standards of excellence, which is why we require:
- ASN/ADN from an accredited institution with the potential to achieve a BSN within four years of hire, unless possessing a minimum of fifteen years of continuous RN experience in an acute care environment.
- Current RN license in Colorado or a compact license with the ability to obtain a Colorado RN license.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association or the ability to secure it within sixty days of hire (with prior approval), along with ACLS/NRP/PALS as necessary for the unit.
- A minimum of three years of nursing experience is required.
Physical Demands:
Employees must be able to see and read information, assess patient needs, operate medical equipment, and communicate effectively with patients and care providers. This role requires:
- Manual dexterity for operating intricate equipment and frequent computer use.
- The ability to lift and maneuver patients and equipment, including heavy items.
- Mobility to assist in transporting patients and obtaining supplies.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
