  • Maintain the cleanliness and general housekeeping of GS properties
  • Perform landscaping tasks, including grass cutting, mulching, hedge trimming, and snow removal
  • Ensure all equipment on property is in working condition
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of property maintenance experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work well with people
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to move throughout the property and climb stairs
  • Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects (up to 100lbs)
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and be willing to travel within the area
