Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at Plant 2 in Red Wing, MN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business objectives, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement goals and action plans to align with domestic manufacturing and supply chain objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes, and people through LEAN methods and effective assessment of capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Deliver manufacturing requirements to maintain and improve P, S, Q, D, C, C KPIs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support existing product/manufacturing and new product builds
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and seven to ten years related experience/training
  • Previous site leadership experience and union leadership/collective bargaining experience
  • Excellent leadership, motivational, team building, and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and innovative skills, with working knowledge of TPS (Toyota Production Systems)
