Salary DetailsThis position offers a weekly salary range of $2080-$2282*, calculated based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week. This figure includes both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please note that this estimate may vary depending on individual circumstances.

Job DescriptionAs a Traveling Home Health Nurse with Supplemental Health Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise will enable patients to maintain their independence and receive necessary medical attention without having to leave their familiar environment.
You will work closely with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as required. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
- Electronic Charting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
- Current New York RN License
- American Heart Association BLS
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
