Key Competencies:

  • Proficient in assessing and fulfilling the technical requirements based on educational background, training, and hands-on experience.
  • Practical experience with Zoom Phone, NICE CxOne contact center solutions, and Session Border Controllers (SBC).
  • Expertise in NICE ICM Enterprise, including development, deployment, scripting, configuration, and call routing.
  • Knowledge in IP-IVR and CVP integration design and implementation.
  • Experience with video conferencing technologies, specifically Zoom, Poly, and Neat Room, along with their integration into Zoom.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Cube and Voice Gateways, alongside Zoom Phone systems.
  • A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Cisco and Zoom voice technologies, as well as basic network engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, assess, and document customer requirements effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a quick learning aptitude and a self-motivated approach to teamwork.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Voice and Collaboration engineering.
  • Proficiency in Zoom Phone, Cisco Voice systems, and NICE technologies (ICM, CVP, IP-IVR).
  • Experience with multi-vendor video conferencing platforms, including Zoom, Poly, and Cisco.
  • Collaboration experience with Zoom Meeting and Phone systems.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
