Job Summary

As a Supervisory Deputy Clerk, you will oversee the recording and processing of court proceedings, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of deputy clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Train and mentor new deputy clerks to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of deputy clerks, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least three years of experience in administrative or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
