Job Title: Medical Biller

We are seeking a skilled Medical Biller to join our team at Randstad. As a Medical Biller, you will play a crucial role in supporting the revenue cycle supervisor and insurance specialist with patient claims and billing.

Responsibilities:
  • Post daily patient incoming mail payments
  • Maintain professional demeanor at all times with patients, caregivers, physicians, and co-workers
  • Print and review all patient statements
  • Answer any patient balance inquiries
  • Work closely with Revenue Cycle Supervisor & Insurance Specialist in all duties
  • Assist with front-office duties as needed
  • Observe strict patient confidentiality in dealing with callers according to HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in medical billing
  • Experience level: Experienced
