Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet production benchmarks for assigned tasks
  • Sort and assess items for retail and categorize salvage appropriately
  • Achieve hourly targets with determination and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds with or without assistance
  • Flexibility to reach, bend, and stoop as needed
  • Willingness to stand for six to eight hours daily
  • Ability to learn and apply safe lifting techniques
  • Capacity to maneuver a 275-pound cart/rack with mechanical assistance
  • Maintain a pleasant, cheerful, and professional demeanor
