Join Our Team as a Patient Service Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Hearing Care Professional with general office and administrative duties, ensuring seamless patient processing.
  • Maximize test opportunities by effectively utilizing our scheduling system.
  • Engage with current, past, and potential patients through targeted outreach, tracking, and reporting appointment results.
  • Develop and assist with local marketing and sales activities, identifying new avenues for building community relationships and referrals.
  • Provide professional phone support, responding to incoming calls and messages, and following up with patients.
  • Accurately process and document clinic forms, ensuring HIPAA and State law compliance.
  • Verify patient eligibility, submit insurance claims, and manage the process until claims are funded.
  • Reconcile cash balances and manage Account Receivables and Payables, including making bank deposits.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of office experience preferred.
  • 2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and days.
  • Availability for full-time and part-time hours.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
