About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. As an Accounting Assistant, you will provide accounting support using QuickBooks Online, assist with contract processing, track purchase orders, and handle office management duties.

What We're Looking For:

An Associate degree in accounting is preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required. Experience with accounts receivable and payable, maintaining and reconciling checking and credit card accounts, and journal entries for sales tax, payroll, and other expenses is also necessary.
