This position will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts in designing and implementing multiple global digital products, driving business growth through technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical experts in designing and implementing digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, driving next-generation technology solutions across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX design, product, and engineering, to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Drive agile software governance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or technical field.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise-grade software and/or product development.
- Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Framework, JavaScript, NodeJS, REST API, databases, CI/CD, and cloud computing.
- Experience leading and coordinating solution architects within the product team.
- Ability to conduct architecture reviews, cybersecurity reviews, code reviews, and provide technical feedback and guidance.
