Compensation:
We offer competitive starting wages ranging from $22.20 to $30.93 per hour, based on experience and shift differentials.

Key Responsibilities:
The CNA will:
  • Respond to resident needs by answering signal lights and bells.
  • Assist residents with personal care, including grooming, bathing, and hygiene.
  • Support residents during meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
  • Facilitate mobility by assisting with range of motion exercises and movement.
  • Monitor and record vital signs as directed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure resident comfort and care.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
  • Preferred experience in a long-term care setting.

Skills Required:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
