Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Worker at Green Bay Packaging - Folding Carton. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of materials throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks to transport materials and products within the warehouse.
  • Machinery Operation: Feed and operate machines as needed to support production operations.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of our facility.
Requirements
  • Quality Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Have basic computer skills and be able to navigate our systems.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Display mechanical aptitude and be able to learn new equipment and processes.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including 2nd and 3rd shifts, with some overtime and weekend work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
  • English Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required, including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the language effectively.
